A How to Care Card and enjoy your haut-chocolat at peak perfection is included in each shipment with details on your collection. Please rest assured that once thawed, chocolates will be fresh for up to 7 days before needing to be placed in the freezer.

I have not opened the Olive Oil but have used the Kyoord Olive Oil in the past. It is an Excellent olive oil! The taste adds depth to every dish we have made with it. The recipients of my gifts were thrilled with the creativity, beauty, and flavors of the chocolates. This is the 2nd year I've gifted the same recipients, and they were delighted last year also. One person was very happy to receive the same "Tour of Italy" chocolates again as he loved those flavors. The Olive Oil Chocolates were a big hit; the Scotch-infused one were as well. But the piece de resistance was the set of Visionary chocolates, a sequel to the set with the crystals last year. After all the oohing and aweing, the chocolates were shared, and everyone agreed they are delicious! The super-rich chocolate is superb, yet allows the unique flavors to amaze the palate.
