Rewards Terms & Conditions
How to Earn Points:
Earn 3% cash back for every order on vosgeschocolate.com. 300 points equals $10 toward your next purchase. Once you spend $500, you've earned Gold Status and 5% cash back on every order. Once you spend $1,500 you've earned Purple status and 10% cash back. Earned cash back is based on product value and does not include taxes, shipping. If a rewards code is applied on the order, the eligible cash back is on the remaining subtotal of the order. Points awarded for product reviews are limited to one review per order, and must be made through the Vosges provided email linked to purchase. Multiple reviews cannot submitted simultaneously, a maximum of one review may be submitted every (4) business days.
Members of the Vosges Rewards program are eligible to earn points. Sign up by creating an account. You must be signed into your account when making a purchase in order to receive points. Purchases placed as a Guest will not earn points. You can sign up or sign in to your Rewards account on vosgeschocolate.com/account or by clicking on the Rewards tab in the Navigation.
Redeem cash back for product discounts. Unlock your reward code by signing into your account and placing items in your cart. Once you reach checkout, you will see a dropdown menu with your eligible codes. Click to apply the code you choose. Rewards will be applied as a promotion code on your order and are not eligible with other discounts and promos.
Rewards can only be redeemed on purchases made on vosgeschocolate.com as well as Vosges Boutiques. Points are not eligible on Vosges products at other retailers or on corporate orders.
Vosges Haut-Chocolat reward codes may exclude Select Limited Edition Collections, Haut-Chocolat Calendar of Advent, Chocolate Calendar of Advent Refill, Signature and Lunar Clubs, Limited Edition Bundles, Gift Cards, Collections containing alcohol, Chocolate Mystery Boxes, and the Travel the World Through Chocolate® Trunk. Offers are not valid or applicable to previous order items on sale, wholesale orders, corporate gifting orders, virtual gift cards. Offers cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other discounts or promo codes. Rewards expire after 1 year of account inactivity. Codes will be automatically generated and added to your cart once you select reward to be used on purchase. Codes are valid on pre-orders with future ship dates. Codes are not valid or applicable to previous orders, corporate orders, and are based on merchandise total and does not include taxes, shipping or any additional charges. Codes exclude the following products: select Limited Edition Collections, Lunar Clubs, Signature Clubs, Gift Cards, Collections containing alcohol, and the Travel the World Through Chocolate® Trunk. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other discounts, promo codes or reward codes. The Vosges Rewards Program may be suspended, modified or terminated at any time with or without notice. Changes may include modifying the qualifications for Rewards tiers, changing the Rewards earning, as well as restricting or terminating outstanding Rewards points, Reward Codes and Electronic Coupons. Vosges Haut-Chocolat reserves the right to interpret Rewards Program rules and policies at its sole discretion.
