Manchego and Cherry Chocolate Bar

I got the chocolate bar for the first time in the goodie bag from an Asian Film Festival Anniversary gala in April. We visited the store in late June to hunt for gifts from Chicago. We ended up buying some chocolate bars that day. The Manchego and Cherry Chocolate Bar was an absolute delight — bold, unexpected, and beautifully balanced. Every bite felt like a little adventure for the palate! The Vosges boutique itself was just as impressive — it felt like stepping into an art gallery dedicated to chocolate. The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, and the two lovely sales ladies were not only knowledgeable but incredibly warm and enthusiastic. Their kindness made the whole experience of my son and myself even sweeter.
We loved our visit so much that the next day we picked up another box of Vosges chocolates at Terminal 3 in O’Hare airport as a gift for friends in Boston — and they loved it sooooo much! And they said that they would love to take their kids to visit the store with a chocolate factory in the future:) Thank you, Vosges, for bringing art, flavor, and heart together in such a delicious way!

Delicious dark chocolate bar infused with cherry. Will be purchasing many more in the near future.

Really enjoyed the taste. Ordered the bars, along with the Smashing Pumpkin Chocolate, Pretzel & Marshmallow bars. Both are outstanding !

This is one amazing dark chocolate bar as the machego and cherries add a nice flavor to the 62% dark chocolate. Would definitely buy again and recommend

The Manchego and Cherry Chocolate bar is SUBLIME! it is a blend of cheese with the tart fruit, smothered in chocolate. Quite addictive, but delightfully so. It.has a European flavor which is rare to find in our country.

We had a chocolate tasting at our home. People loved the cherry chocolate , but didn’t quite taste the manchego. A chocolate itself is always fantastic.

I love all of Vosges' cheese and fruit chocolate bars, but this one is my absolute favorite. The Manchego gives it a lovely saltiness that pares so well with the cherries. It's difficult not to eat the entire bar at once! Vosges really sets the bar with these combinations.

Very tasty! The cheese flavor is pretty pronounced but so perfectly balanced with the bittersweet dark chocolate.

This is the chocolate I purchase two at a time. It has the prefect hint of both cherry and manchego - the flavors are distinct, but not overwhelming. It is the best nighttime indulgence with a glass of wine. Another winner by Vosges!

A friend gave me this bar and it's no exaggeration that it's one of the most delicious dark chocolate bars I've tried! Vosges is not sold in my country, so I have to get this through friends flying home from the US. I love this chocolate so much that I finally took the risk of getting it shipped via a forwarder, and it arrived safe and sound!

Absolutely delicious. The chocolate is a little softer than their other bars and just melts in your mouth. The manchego is a really subtle taste underneath the sweet, tart cherries. Love it!
