I first came across this wonderful chocolate bar quite some years ago at a Wegmans in Northern Virginia. It left quite an impression on me, so much so I still have that first box. I have recently rediscovered Vosges chocolates and have become re-obsessed all over again, albeit not as convenient as going to the grocery store 😉. The smooth, decadent chocolate mixed with the crunchy, salty bacon is my ideal savory and sweet pairing. To which they knock it out of the park!

This is the best milk chocolate bar I’ve ever had. The smoothness of the chocolate blends exceedingly well with the crispy texture of the bacon and is like nothing I’ve had before. The chocolate is rich, but not too overly sweet— just enough to bring the flavor of the bacon to the front and center. The flavors are balanced very well.
