Who doesn't love cool, crunchy chocolate on top of a mountain of ice cream? Or its sweet snap on the outside of your favorite fruits? Now you can make your own magic at home with our Chocolate Magic Shell recipe!
- 1 cup (190 grams) Chocolate Chips (Our favorites are the 45% Cacao Milk Chocolate Chips or the Raw Honey Chocolate Baking Chips)
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil (measured when solid)
Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in 20-30 second increments, making sure to stir very well after each increment, until completely melted and smooth.
Allow to cool for a few minutes, then dip into your fruit or top ice cream.
Tip: If you are using fruit, be sure to wash and thoroughly dry for best adhesion.
