The Dalmore X Vosges 14-Year Vintage Chocolate Truffle Collection

The Dalmore and Vosges Haut-Chocolat have collaborated to create a one-of-a-kind Dalmore 14-year Scotch whisky and fine chocolate pairing experience. The bespoke truffles have been carefully crafted to compliment and enhance the rich notes of figs, Medjool dates and maple syrup of The Dalmore 14.

Exclusive to the US, The Dalmore 14 is a luscious offering. First matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, the vintage begins by gaining hallmark notes of soft vanilla, toffee, and honey. A portion is then transferred to rare casks from Gonzalez Byass, which have previously held sweet Pedro Ximénez sherry. Master Whisky Maker and Blender Gregg Glass nurtures this deliciously dignified creation for approximately two years. These separate parcels are then reunited to create a unique and harmoniously balanced single malt.

The sun-drenched, sweetness of the Pedro Ximénez sherry adds intense layers of figs, dates, and rich maple to The Dalmore’s signature chocolate-orange character. The result is a seamless blend of flavors that will charm the most proficient and inexperienced palates alike.

There are hidden depths to each vintage of The Dalmore. If you give it your time and attention you will be rewarded. The Dalmore 14-Year Collection is accompanied by an immersive guided tasting, created with you in mind. Take in the aroma of warm honey dates, Seville orange zest, rich raisins and allspice. Taste the notes of figs, toasted hazelnuts, roasted coffee and maple syrup. Linger on the rich and dark fruits, liquorice, marmalade and depths of cocoa.

"Experience is everything." On your own or in a group, this collection is meant to be sipped and savored, slowing time just enough for you to truly connect with your senses.
