Italian Charcuterie

Inspired by the love of our coveted Rooster truffle, we've created an Italian inspired charcuterie board for your next party. 

You will need:

  • 1 16 piece Collezione Italiana Collection(s)
  • 1-2 wedge(s) of Taleggio cheese
  • Red Pepper jelly
  • 1 package of Prosciutto di Italiano by Veroni
  • 1 fresh baguette 
  • Castelvetrano olives
  • Holy Basil, chiffonade

To construct crostini:

Lightly toast pieces of baguette to golden brown in oven.

Spread Red Pepper Jelly on toasted baguette.

Place slice of Taleggio cheese on top of jelly.

Fold a thin slice of prosciutto and lay on top of Taleggio.

Chiffonade basil as garnish (optional).

Place crostini on serving tray alongside Italian truffles. If desired, serve remaining Taleggio with Rooster truffles for a pairing experience.
