I am on Day 5 of the Vosges 2025 Advent Calendar Haut-Chocolat themed Le Jardin de Cacao...

an invitation to step away from the mundane and enter into the exquisite wild garden for a meditative moment of the heart, mind, body and soul.

The design of the 2025 Advent calendar is richly imbued with immersive eye and care for detail of the animals and other delightful art creations within the "enchanted garden."

I am so pleased to have invested in this year's calendar. The lighting effects and musical box with a playlist enlivens the experience. It is a daily delight during this season of Advent to enter the magical realm of Le Jardin de Cacao.

This is the single most STUNNING Advent Calendar I have ever seen!
FIVE stars? Nah, TEN stars is more like it. Maybe even ELEVEN...

I bought the Advent Calendar for a dear friend and co-worker who is a fellow Vosges devotee. When it arrived, I was amazed by how stunning the calendar was, and to be perfectly honest, I couldn't have been more delighted by the expression on my friend's face when she saw it. The word "gobsmacked" comes to mind.

The music and lights elevate the calendar to a whole other level. It is definitely something she will treasure for years to come.

And, she hasn't even tasted the chocolate yet!

It goes without saying that Vosges is in a league of its own. I was a fan before. I am a fan now. And, I will always be one.

Absolutely Magical — Beyond Worth It
I had been eyeing the 2025 Vosges Advent Calendar every time I walked past the kiosk at Chicago O’Hare, and when it finally went on sale in January, I treated myself to my very first Vosges advent calendar. I’m so glad I did — it exceeded every expectation.

The craftsmanship is stunning. The design is gorgeous, thoughtfully detailed, and feels truly luxurious. The light-up features and music add such a magical, festive touch that it honestly feels more like a keepsake than packaging. It’s clear how much care went into creating it.

And of course, the chocolates are delicious — rich, unique, and indulgent, just as you’d expect from Vosges. I was especially delighted to discover that there are multiple pieces for many days, making it easy (and fun!) to share with my family.

This was a fantastic purchase from start to finish, and I love that the calendar is sturdy and beautiful enough to reuse again next year. A perfect blend of design, experience, and incredible chocolate — I’ll absolutely be buying one again.

Extremely disappointing advent treats
The calendar itself is fabulous, but the chocolates were very disappointing: too many odd flavor combinations we did not enjoy, definitely not worth it. 4 white chocolate days: among the worst candies we’ve ever tasted. Hedgehogs were amazing, a few others good, but overall NOT a delight.
+ Shipping unreliable: Last year the beautiful Nordic calendar purchased mid-July arrived a WEEK LATE, significantly diminishing the experience, & customer service was unapologetic; this year the refill was packed 3 days AFTER the promised ship date, with no status updates until I sent an email inquiry—it did arrive on time (sent 5 days late), but I wonder if it would have without my follow-up. Just too expensive, unreliable, plus too many weird flavors. Never again.
