Flip each drawer before replacing it to reveal a hidden design on Christmas Eve.

A Guided Tasting of Chocolate
Our haut-chocolat is infused with a healing sound frequency to raise your vibe.

BREATHE
Close your eyes. Take three deep, ujjayi breaths. Listen to the space between thought and prepare your palate to experience chocolate.

SEE
Describe what you see. What is the shape, color, sheen and texture?

TOUCH
Run your finger against the chocolate, noticing its texture and releasing the aromatics.

SMELL
Bring the chocolate to your nose. Close your eyes, cup your hand around the chocolate and inhale deeply.

TASTE
Enjoy your haut-chocolat in two bites. In the first bite, you are just getting to know the haut-chocolat, and in the second, you delve deeper, searching out the aromas and nuances. You become immersed in the experience of the chocolate and the sensations. After you’ve eaten the haut-chocolat, take a breath and taste the air. The aroma should have a long, lingering finish that is layered with perfumed notes.

    Our proprietary chocolate is crafted specifically to support the ingredients we infuse with it to achieve a taste experience matching the storytelling. Our 62% cacao dark chocolate is one of our most intense and has a deep roasted vegetation, dried fruit and a touch of tart berry notes.

    At the heart of our mission is creating luxury chocolate collections with responsibility to the environment that sustains our earth. We have been sourcing Fair Trade or Rainforest Alliance certified cacao for over 15 years. We abide by a green purchasing of procuring only post-consumer recycled board and biodegradable materials. Our kitchen exclusively uses organic cream and sugar.

Excellent refill!

So this is a good news/ bad news depending on how you look at it. The refills were all well packed, fresh, and delicious. The only quirk is that the refills are not the exact same as the original advent candies. Now this is a bonus because you get to try some new pieces that are incredible. The only downside was the refill did not contain my wife and daughter’s favorite candy from the advent, the nougat. I felt the value was excellent and hope this will continue so i may refill the calendar every year!

Better every year

We wait in anticipation every fall for the Advent Calendar to drop on the Vosges website. Each day, you get a spectacular chocolate treat to count down the advent. What I truly appreciate about this advent calendar is that the creators take into account the flavors of every day and vary between light and dark chocolate, subtle and explosive flavors, so that every day is quite different from the next. Cannot recommend this enough as your holiday treat to yourself.

Not just the chocolate

I have given the Calendar of Avent a few times in past years. The box is beautiful each time, so we've kept them. This year I decided to get the refill and use one of the previous year's boxes.
The refill arrived and came in its own very lovely box filled with individually wrapped treats, labeled for each day making it easy to fill up. It was an unexpected bonus to see how nice the refill box itself is - we'll end up keeping it. And the box came with a lovely insert with the chocolate descriptions and a nice little guided "ritual for self-love" as a bonus.
And the chocolates are excellent too.
