A Vosges twist on a classic pairing—these 32 truffles are crafted with early-harvest olive oil, our proprietary 72% dark chocolate and a luscious pocket of Morello cherry pâte de fruits. Vegan, low in sweetness, and sumptuously rich they deliver depth and indulgence in every bite.

Breathe
Close your eyes. Take three deep, ujjayi breaths. Listen to the space between thought and prepare your palate to experience chocolate.
See
Describe what you see. What is the shape, color, sheen and texture?
Touch
Run your finger against the chocolate, noticing its texture and releasing the aromatics.
Smell
Bring the chocolate to your nose. Close your eyes, cup your hand around the chocolate and inhale deeply.
Taste
Enjoy your truffle in two bites. In the first bite, you are just getting to know the truffle, and in the second, you delve deeper, searching out the aromas and nuances. You become immersed in the experience of the chocolate and the sensations. After you’ve eaten the truffle, take a breath and taste the air. The aroma should have a long, lingering finish that is layered with perfumed notes.

I am a cherry lover and these were divine! Over 15 years my husband has gifted me every cherry cordial/chocolate cherry he could find and while most have been good and some great these are simply exquisite! The difference is the tart cherry! What a beautiful juxtaposition to the rich, lovely dark chocolate shell! And usually I'd be leery of vegan chocolate as most vegan goods I've tried have always fallen short but these were EVERYTHING I've ever longed for in a chocolate cherry truffle! Rich, tart, aromatic, decadent but not overwhelming! Beautifully balanced! Please keep these as a permanent offering or at least bring them back periodically, there is NOTHING like these on tbe market elsewhere! Simply phenomenal!! 10/10

Nothing like cheap chocolate covered cherries. Delicate and not too sweet with just the right amount of bitter chocolate.
I bought these thinking they were milk chocolate and was so bummed when I got them and found that they were dark chocolate. But oh how I was wrong! These are delightful. The cherry center is just perfectly sweet/tart, as it folds into your mouth. As someone who doesn't generally care for dark chocolate, I wholeheartedly say you should try these!
