Got this as a Valentines present for my husband. We both LOVED the collection, the variety, the thought and finish behind each piece. We are going to be repeat customers for sure 🙂

Really disappointing as a gift for paying over $100. Pieces arrived half filled in some areas and melted to the top of the box in others. Just thought with the $25 shipping the chocolates would be packaged and shipped with care.
What did arrive, tasted well according to receiver though.

We hosted a neighborhood Valentine’s Dinner and this assortment paired lovely with cocktails and wine. Not a single piece remained and our guests loved reading about the ingredients and pairing recommendations.

I opened the replacement box of chocolates I received from VHC today. To say I am disappointed in what I received for over $100 is an understatement. It is hard to imagine what your product team is thinking with respect to packaging, which is sub-par. Everything was completely shaken up, loose in the box. This kind of out-of-box experience wouldn't be acceptable even for See's Candies.

I've ordered this assortment in prior years. This year the assortment and packaging were sub par. Truffles rolled out of receptacles during transit. The out of the box experience was really disappointing. My guess is that Vosges cost reduced this product and lost what made it special in the process. I won't order for family or work colleagues in the future.
