Our Fortuna bonbon found in our Ostara Collection is named after the Italian Goddess of Luck. With her in mind, we have crafted a creamy praline using our beloved I.G.P. Piemonte hazelnut praline dotted with bits of crunchy torrone encased in a 45% cacao deep milk chocolate dusted with ceremonial matcha. Paired here with Rustic Bakery’s organic sourdough crisp crackers (Rustic Bakery is one of our favorite crackers!) to cleanse the palate in a perfect savory and sweet bite. Not ashamed to say this is lunch.
