More chocolate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner please.
A simple way to incorporate chocolate into your morning ritual or after dinner digestif is by dropping a truffle into your tea, cacao latte or coffee and making a wish. At the end of you drink a ‘pudding’ of the melted ganache will have settled at the bottom. Take a small spoon and taste the last bite of your truffle.
Yield: 1 cup, Prep Time: 2-3 minutes, Cook Time: 3-5 minutes, Total Time: 5-8 minutes
Ingredients:
1 bag earl grey tea, Rare Tea Cellars has lovely options
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup purified water
1 truffle, Olio d'Oliva or Viola truffle, any truffle of preference
Directions:
Combine your milk and water in a saucepan and heat to 185°F. Steep your tea bag in the saucepan for 3-5 minutes. Pour into the blender and vigorously blend until well combined and foamy. Take a moment to enjoy the nose of the earl grey, the scent of the black tea and perfume of the bergamot orange.
