A collection of 20 chocolates, guided tasting book and a scroll designed to transform your chocolate into a powerful force. Prima Materia or the first matter, was known as rich transformative soils (matter) that alchemists searched the world over. From the banks of the Nile, deep in the rainforest, foraged from the roots of oak trees, volcanic soils and ancient forests these fruitions we procured and activated through the medium of chocolate.
This collection is rooted in beautiful chocolate, which from the moment it is seen begins to elicit an unlock of the senses.

Tea cakes to complement the ritual of tea service and bring good luck into the New Year. Featuring a richly moist lemon pound cake with fresh raspberries enrobed in white chocolate and artfully adorned with 23-karat gold leaf and Bulgarian rosebud tea.
Chocolate dipped candied fruits

It is from Corsica, France that these lunar oranges and ginger are delicately crafted. Candied for two weeks until they become soft and translucent to bring out their finest notes. We then hand dip in our proprietary chocolate. Pair with a crafted cocktail.
