Kokuto black sugar and butter are slowly transformed into burnt-sugar caramel, infused with Eris Pedestrian Cider and enrobed in our proprietary 45% cacao deep milk chocolate. A matcha graham crumble adds delicate crunch against sweet caramel, crisp cider and milky chocolate.

Rich burnt-sugar caramel infused with Eris Pedestrian Cider meets 45% cacao deep milk chocolate, finished with a delicate matcha graham crumble.
