A jammy pocket of French raspberries infused with Bulgarian rose water is surrounded by an early-harvest Italian olive oil and 62% cacao dark chocolate ganache. 

Today's rich, red Raspberry Truffle is an excellent match for Christmas Eve. For this mouthwatering morsel, we blended a treasured early-harvest olive oil with our proprietary 62% cacao dark chocolate and luscious pockets of Bulgarian rose water infused in a raspberry rose gelée. Having minimal amounts of sugar in the chocolate and instead using the fruit to sweeten them, these truffles are low in sweetness and sumptuously rich, without using any dairy.

In celebration of this holiday eve, we've prepared the perfect cocktail recipe to sip while you savor today's Advent treasure.

Koval Cranberry Pine Cosmo

1.5 oz Koval Cranberry Gin Liqueur.
0.5 oz Cointreau or Raspberry liquor
1 oz cranberry
squeeze of lime
a small branch of pine

Combine all the liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake, pour into a coupe or martini glass, then garnish with a pine needle for a festive flair. Spear your Raspberry Rose Truffle with a cocktail pick and rest it along the side of the glass.

Alternatively, this cocktail can be made mocktail style by replacing the alcoholic ingredients with plain or cranberry-flavored seltzer water. For the non-alcoholic version, add your fresh cranberry juice and lime to a shaker with ice, pour into a glass then top with seltzer. Garnish, serve, and cheers to the holiday!
