Rise up with the early sunshine and blend a quick and nutrient, plump smoothie. This one will wake up your mind and invigorate your body!

2 cups fresh orange, Valencia preferred
2 small, fresh pieces of turmeric root
½ inch of fresh, organic ginger root
½ small sweet carrot
pinch of salt, mineral rich like Baja Gold
1 tablespoon collagen
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup baobab powder or green gooseberries
Peel the ginger and turmeric and give them a rough chop. Add the the chopped roots and the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend until the drink is nice and frothy. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy the sweet, energizing essence.
These tangy citrus fruits, including the baobab, gooseberries and carrots, have loads of antioxidants and vitamin C which can support the immune system and enliven the body.
