I am really enjoying the delectable rich chocolate and Taleggio cheese truffles - and others with whom I have shared the Iconic Truffles rave about them as well.

These chocolates have a soft texture and mild flavour of cheese. I paired it with my own chocolates I made with different cheeses. It's great with Chardonnay and risotto.

I shared these special chocolates with several friends. Everyone agreed that they are amazing. They are great dark chocolate truffles and the nuances were fun to discover, talk about and enjoy together.

This was my favorite piece of chocolate from Italian collection. This is amazing that it was created as a full box. Its pure enjoyment in every bite.

Gorgeous cheese and chocolate pairing, with subtlety and finesse. The cheese is not overbearing and does not clash with the beautiful and fulfilling dark chocolate (quality of the chocolate itself is unparalleled). I’ve tried almost every Vosges chocolate there is to try and they co tinge to impress, and the tallegio cheese and dark chocolate was a big hit in our family.

I am a long-term lover of the roosters, so I noticed a slight change to the texture of the cheese. It changed to ganache, which gets a little runny at room temperature. Still tastes great!

I absolutely loved the interactive card that accompanied the chocolates. It was captivating to see my co-worker explore the flavor profile. The delicate and rich flavors danced around their taste buds, eliciting delighted “oohs” and “aahs.” They jokingly call me “Bougie” because of my exquisite taste in chocolates!.

These exotic little treats are not available always but when they are, these truffles are treasured as a ultimate in the chocolate world

This is a collection of a truly unique chocolate creation - the Rooster. Vosges has many exceptional truffles, but this is in a class by itself. The flavor is exquisite, and the sensation of biting through the dark chocolate shell is very satisfying. You know this is something special.
At a recent event, several customers remarked at how glad they were to finally have a full box of Roosters to purchase. In the past they were only available in the Italian Collection. Rooster fans waited patiently for this one. Don't miss it!

I especially like these cold with a glass of red wine, delicious!

The best chocolate I have ever tasted .

I like these. They are simple and small just as I like. I still have more to enjoy. Then, they will be gone, as they have completed their run at Vosges Haut-Chocolat.

The dark chocolate and tallegio cheese pairing is so unique and so delicious! An absolute must taste to truly appreciate the wonderful pairing. Great with a nice Zinfandel or Pinot Noir. The shape of the chocolate is beautiful as well. A great gift for someone or just to enjoy yourself!

These little twisted cones are absolutely delicious. I was curious about the combination of cheese and chocolate and now I'm hooked.

These are my favorite truffles, so I was elated to be able to order an entire box of them. The app order process was easy to navigate, picked a date, truffles arrived timely and within an hour or so I could start to enjoy them.

The truffles arrived in good shape and were delicious. This specific truffle is an old favorite of me and my sister’s, and allowed us to have a special treat in the middle of a chaotic weekend. Thank you!

These treats are such a wonderful balance between the salty, tangy cheese and deep, rich chocolate. The cheese is a very subtle flavor and the chocolates paired well with a tawny port. Cheers!

I didn’t know what to expect with these but I had to try them and I’m so glad I did. What an incredible experience. The nuance, the quality. Possibly the best truffle I’ve ever had.

I gave these out for Christmas and every recipient was more than delighted..many said they were the most interesting most delicious chocolate they had eaten in a long time.

The Taleggio truffles are by far my favorite one from the Italian box. So glad they now come like this!!!

Loved by everyone in the family except youngest grand daughter. She has a geographical tongue(look it up) and was not impressed. However, she loved my eggnog pie and homemade heath bar candy. She also loves onions and pickles. The rest of us have enjoyed these delights for years. One of my favorites is Le Bombe.
